my first review was a two star and i took it down because i thought i’d give elliot silver another chance to redeem himself by helping me get the CORRECT information on how to get my license back after getting a dui, but i was wrong. the only good thing he was able to do for me was convince the da to drop my dui charge in the criminal court case since i was not driving, i guess that was a given. i was informed by elliot that i was REQUIRED to complete a dui program come to find out that i didn’t really have to complete a dui program. i asked him to help me obtain the CORRECT information on how to get my license back and still, he gave me incorrect information. i finally got ahold of dmv MYSELF and was told i was NOT required to complete a dui program. not sure why elliot would tell me i am required to when in reality i was not. every email and text message sent to me by elliot, he consistently asked me to give him a five star review when OBVIOUSLY he doesn’t deserve it since he has NO IDEA what he’s talking about. he’s also asked me multiple times if i want to seal my record after i have said NO multiple times. his office STILL contacts me every other day asking me if i want to seal my record, the answer is STILL NO. i would advice anyone who needs a lawyer to avoid this man as he is uneducated in his profession. i would have preferred to go with a public defender if i knew how uneducated he was in this profession — my fault for not doing enough research on him. what a joke

Eliot once again delivers! Eliot is super passionate about what he does and takes your case personal regardless of the nature of charges you might be facing.
