Silver Law Firm never gives up ... he'll (Elliot) will find a way for the best outcome.

I called Mr Silver on a Saturday afternoon expecting to speak with a voicemail.Mr Silver answered. I told him about my situation, within minutes he emailed me my police report and my court date during the height of the Covid Pandemic and assured me not to worry.My case was dismissed.He is a man of his word and he went over and beyond to help me.Thanks Mr Silver

Called the Silver Law firm to get a free consultation and never got a call back. Even after I called back to speak with the Attorney he passed me on to his assistant and was told I would get a call back, still no return phone call. These guys are very incompetent! If they are not willing to take a case they should just be professional and just say so!

This place is horrible. Elliott talks big game but in reality is the worse lawyer I've ever had. I hired him last year for my first offence for a DUI after I paid him the first down payment I would try and call him to ask questions about my case and he got upset with me he would reject my calls and would take forever for a simple response. He would always rush me off the phone wouldn't explain things right to me and because of that iam still dealing with the case today. I put a comment last year about this and they deleted it. On the day of court he sent his assistant to represent me it was an embarrassment the old man looked lost. I strongly advice people to look for a better lawyer this guy is no good. Everything he is saying on the comment below is all lies! I have all of the text and messages on my email this guy is a BIG liar. I never blew up his phone. Right after the court day I left a review and he deleted it! Wich I stated in the beginning. Wow. I tried to post a screenshot of our conversation but Google wont let me. To show the world the truth.I HAVE PROOF! I don't need anger management. He never guided me the right way that's why after a year and a half I'm back where I started with the case. Yes i did drive over the limit and yes i did loose the paperwork I moved from california to the east coast he told me it will be ok for me to move and he doesn't even have a copy of my paperwork! The worse decision ever! it was a horrible experience the guy is rude unprofessional and never really helped me. Wasted my money on him. Honestly this is the fastest responce he's ever made and it had to be through Google reviews. Unbelievable. People i repeat.. DO NOT HIRE HIM! this is my lawyer now Laina T. Chikhani, Attorney at Law she is awesome.
