Ralph Mann of Boxer Gerson has represented (????) me for almost 10 years. I interviewed with/hired him due to a work injury requiring neck surgery in 2007. He advised he required the higher percentage end of what they required for fees because "he was that good". Really--not true. Over 9 yrs later, I have no resolution and can't even get Ralph Mann (who has since moved into a 'partner' position so no one else within Boxer Gerson will talk to you) to even return my calls to discuss my case. The corporation I worked for ended Worker's Comp payments that Ralph Mann had secured for me after two years -when I contacted Ralph Mann regarding this issue, he advised me that I needed to contact a WC Attny. WHAT?!?! Isn't that what you proclaimed you were when I signed on the dotted line??!! That was a approx 5 years ago. There was a scheduled court date with a new judge (the one with my case for 9 yrs retired) for December 2018 to require the defendants (Chevron Corp) to provide discovery. Page two is a request to cancel the court date as Ralph Mann of Boxer Gerson was in settlement discussions with the defendants. I called asking for a return call to explain to me why page one of court papers is requesting the defendants provide discovery & page two says cancel court date as Ralph Mann is involved in a proposed settlement agreement regarding my injury. My court date was cancelled without any discussion with me. That was mid December 2018. It is now over 5 months later--I have called & emailed asking Ralph Mann to contact me to discuss this 'proposed' settlement & the status of my case--he has not. I did however receive an email advising he could not go forward with settlement discussions (that I have not been advised of) without certain information that he/ his assistant had requested in December 2018. I resent to him with copies showing most had been sent to his assistant as requested in mid December 2018 nd final items sent 1/03/2019. His response 'she must have been on vacation & didn't notice'. REALLY! But 3 months later you are telling me it's my fault! Now it's mid May, I can't get Ralph Mann (now a managing partner) of Boxer Gerson to return a call I placed two months ago & another today to call me re the status of my case. If you check online they say 'don't expect a quick resolution, Workers Comp cases could take up to two years'. Really--I'm at 9.5 yrs, I have no idea what is going on with my case, Ralph Mann cancels court dates without any discussion with me (HIS CLIENT), & I can't get him to return a phone call. He advised me a year ago to send him an email & he would respond promptly....tried that nd got NO response to my questions. This is my experience with Ralph Mann AND Boxer Gerson. At this moment I am seeking different counsel--why? Because I don't have counsel with Ralph Mann & Boxer Gerson.

Excellent Attorney, I received way more for my Comp settlement than was originally offered because of Justin Litvack, Partner at Boxer & Gerson.
