Ryan Davis is an incredibly talented lawyer he was able to negotiate a fair settlement over a period of several years while keeping me updated enough so I had no issues or questions knowing he was working hard for me. Never call back are follow up properly after taking my information won't respond one star

I would strongly caution against retaining the services of Golden State. If you do, you could end up with no attorney when you need one, like I did. I was sent the paperwork by email to sign and then a month went by. I sent several emails with no replies. I finally got a phone call and was told that they would not represent me because something in my email was taken as an "allegation" of some kind. I was crushed and I tried to apologize for whatever I did, but no. After that I received no replies to my requests for the documents I needed from them so I'd be able to retain another attorney. Nothing and I made several attempts. If only I could do it over again so I could've had a chance..... I see they have responded that my review is fake. It certainly is NOT fake. These people REALLY did do exactly as I stated in my review! AND none of my other reviews are blocked, because most of them are good reviews of businesses that provide exceptional services.

I literally dont understand all these 5 stars seem so fake to me. Almost a year my case haven't even started. How do I know I call the court house myself nothing was ever filed on my behalf. But it's cool it's what I get I guess for not shopping around but letting the first firm I ever contact take my case I give them all hope with zero result. I've learn to live life moving forward but what a bad experience so so so disappointed.

The main thing I would like to express. The gentleman that did my intake (Chris) is awesome. It’s quite obvious that he is compassionate, understanding, caring and passionate of his work. His patience and willingness to listen AND hear what I had to say is unparalleled. I am saying this after speaking with 20 other people at 20 other firms before talking to him. He is the reason I even considered being represented by Golden State. If it is his choice to climb the ladder of law anywhere he chooses to work, I am 100% confident that he would go far above and beyond any clients expectation on many different fronts. His genuine want to advocate for people is his apparent priority, meaning earning money is obviously good, but at least, as it seemed to me, came second to advocating for and comforting the client through an already hard and trying time. Chris you’re the man, and the bar at which the standard should be set for anyone when dealing with people is the name of the game. You are genuinely a gentleman and a scholar. I hope all the best for you, as you are deserving of, and more even.
