For something that is so private & personal, Eric handled everything with confidence & ease. His honest, straightforward way of presenting things helped in making this very stressful time so much easier. I too looked to Yelp & Google for referrals & was so happy with Eric and the work he did. I HIGHLY recommend Eric Boeing he is one of the good guys!!

Emily is a fantastic attorney! I reached out to her regarding an employment issue. Ian was incredibly helpful to my partners and I when we started our business. He was able to give us all the information we needed to properly write out an operating agreement, advice us on important issues, and set us up right from the very beginning. He told us what permits we needed, how to obtain them in the right way, how much they cost and how to dodge lines in city hall/over pay for certain permits, and was able to do a lot of it for us (but gave the option for us to do it ourselves if we wanted).
I highly recommend Ian!
