Better Late than never. Aaron was a pleasure to work with on a recent Service Animal Discrimination case I had. I wasn't sure at first where to turn when this happen as I had never encountered an issue with my service dog before. However this case left a bad feeling in my mouth and Aaron helped me really learn what my rights were and the laws were. Throughout the process him and his paralegal were amazing. I had reached out via contact form the next day after it happen and by that evening had already got a text response. That same week, Erin his paralegal reached out and set up a meeting to review everything that happen and also gather all the evidence that had been obtained in a few short hours. Aaron explained the entire process to me, what my rights were, how they get paid, how the settlement work, and honest and true timelines. Growing up in a family of law professionals I am not one to hound someone although I was always wondering what the progress was. Well Aaron never made me wonder long. Almost every time I had a feeling to check in, I had an update. The process was easy overall and I have nothing but praise for their firm. The most stressful time for me was the settlement part but great discussion and understanding the thought process behind the request were made easy with Aaron's guidance. While I know results varry depending on situation. I could not be happier with my results, the service I received, Aaron's knowledge and ADA and the laws really were invaluable. I would use his firm again in a heartbeat. Although I hope at the same time I don't need to use them.

The lawyers and staff are absolute experts in ADA law. They are 100% plaintiffs’ lawyers and understand the barriers that we disabled people encounter on a daily basis.
