It was a nightmare experience working with this law office. They wasted three months without making any progress on my case and failed three times to fulfill their promise to send me a to-do list and instructions. No response to my email could be as long as six weeks. They also failed to file the substitution of attorney with the court, even after more than two months of so-called "service." This significantly delayed my case and caused numerous issues. The only apparent action they took was charging me the full $5,000 retainer for questionable time entries. I would never recommend or work with this law office again.
