FRAUD!!! they scammed my elderly mother in law into paying around $400 for a consultation over the phone!!! then my husband was going to help his mom with the $10,000 retainer, he sent the money via their text message account, then he received the contract via a link text message, when my mother in law requested a paper copy they refused, kept just sending in a link via text, my mother in law signed not even being able to see the contact clearly, then a copy was sent to my husband to sign also via a link in text which cannot be downloaded nor printed, so he was having a hard time reading it but he did and eventually realized they had way too many fees including a stipulation that once the $10k is deposited in the account $1500 will be automatically taken for there initial service fee and he didn't agree with it so he DID NOT SIGN the contract, he instead called them to discuss the matter and told the receptionist/ "paralegal" Sherry Molander he wasn't going to sign and he wanted a refund because he doesn't agree with their contract and doesn't want to hire them for legal representation, she said they would get back to him and only communicated with my mother in-law telling her she would be billed for her additional time on the phone with the attorney and that they would refund $7500 instead of the full $10k in essence taking an extra $1k from my husband when he spoke with the paralegal for a few minutes, Nothing was done, no case was started it was only a consultation that my Mother in-law did over the phone, my mother in law already paid, yet they wanted to charge my husband the $1500 fee (that became $2500) if they both signed the contract and continued but then if they decided NOT to hire Huff Lagal... Anyways this need to stop, I can't believe they can commit fraud/theft like this when they are supposed to be legal representative and help people, but instead they're taking advantage.. this happened late in March, in now we're in the middle of May took they $10,000 and now don't respond to my calls,emails... Also look them up at the California Bar association and he is not listed, he's a CLA , so independent from the bar association, I would not recommend this "lawyer" to anyone, do your due diligence when hiring a lawyer and I will be reporting HUFF LEGAL to the CalBar, BBB, ETC.

Used this firm to handle an access issue I had with my service dog. Had a great experience working with Aaron! The process was much easier than I expected and he was very kind and helpful. I had a lot of questions, a lot of anxiety, and didn't know anything about any of this but he was wonderful to work with and I really appreciated his attitude throughout the whole thing. Very laid back, chill, nice guy. The experience was great. If I ever have a problem again I know who to call!

The only reason I gave one star is because it was the only way it would let me comment on this law firm really they deserve no stars. They’re a total con and fraud. Totally deceptive of everything that they try to represent. They never call back. They never went to see the client, not one time until they were threatened that we were seeking to get other legal representation; that was the only time that they finally showed up to see and meet their client for the first time months after they had already been hired. They never worked on our case, and every court date they would put off and push out to be for another date further out, to the point where even the judge was so fed up with their delay, and their lack of showing up that the judge was ready to throw them off the case and gave them only one last chance. They are the most unprofessional firm of all time, and a total scam They never made any effort that a law firm is supposed to make in representing their client. All they did was rip us off of our money and give us nothing back when we asked for a refund of our money for the work that they did not do, beware of this law firm and the scam that they are and do not let them be representation to you or you will be highly disappointed .
