Mr. Halsey The best lawyer you can ever have very professional and with a big heart he and his staff helped me whit all my custody and child support case I'm absolutely recommend him.

Not sure how to review Mr Halsey.... Talks a good game, but did nothing to protect me from a vengeful ex-wife during my divorce. Literally stood there, literally. I guess he's ok if you just need documents filed. He probably should have retired already, but he has volleyball fees to pay for. He will even tell you that. I won't comment on the state of his office. If you want solid reliable help; don't use this law office for a divorce.

I wouldn't even ask him to represent me if he did so pro bono. I walked into his office for a consultation, and after waiting 20 minutes after my appointment time, met with him for 10 minutes before being told he needed to leave for a softball game. He had absolutely no regard for potential clients and did not seem to have any genuine interest in my case whatsoever. Definitely do not recommend, and am especially glad I did not retain after reading other one star reviews by those that have.

This attorney was sloppy, rude and very lazy. He told me he did not want to file the appeal because it was too much work. Take a look at his offices. Dirty, cluttered, run down. Do not go here. You get what you pay for, very little.

William Halsey has helped up tremendously and has went beyond our expectation. Our case was very rare and was very difficult for other attorneys and it also even rare for our judge. Halsey put in his best effort to do his research and helped us with the case with the best outcome. Halsey was warm hearted and was very caring from the beginning of the case until the case was closed. With future cases I will definitely come back to Halsey because he will provide us with the best results. I would highly recommend William Halsey if you want a great attorney who will do anything to get the best outcome for you.

I wanted to take the time to give feedback and express my utmost appreciation for the work and results Mr. Halsey produced representing me during my divorce proceedings. First of all I began with another lawyer here in town that cost me in retainer fees twice the amount than what Mr. Halsey required to take over my case. My divorce took over a year and a half to finalize and Mr. Halsey took over at the midway point or a bit prior during this time. My lawyer though extremely expensive had done me such injustice by his lack of properly listening to my requests and concerns as well as never taking the time to properly familiarize himself with my case. After he and I parted ways the work and effort needed in my case was so overwhelming ( in my eyes ) and the damage caused by previous lawyer accepting everything my ex was asking for and he telling me that “ I am lucky “ this is all she wants and that I need to accept her terms. I felt completely taken for a ride and defenseless. Mr. Halsey took the time on our first meeting ( which was over an hour and he did not charge me a dime for ) to completely familiarize himself with my case. He was incredible. He could not believe how poorly my previous lawyer had represented me and saw that I was desperate and running out of money to afford proper legal representation. Mr. Halsey required half the amount of retainer fees and immediately went to work getting us back in front of the judge as well as speaking with my ex regarding her requests before finalizing our divorce. We were prepared every time we were due in court Mr. Halsey presented everything we had discussed during our meetings professionally to the judge as well as getting my ex to agree to terms that were fair and final. I could not be more grateful to this man. He does not sugar coat anything with you. He tells you what to expect and what he will do for you and does it. That is everything one can ask for can ask for when it comes to someone representing you during one of the toughest and stressful and unfamiliar proceedings a person can experience. Mr. Halsey from the bottom of my heart. Thank You .

Mr. Halsey and staff are very professional, orally articulate, have good written communication skills and also great listeners. Mr. Halsey argues convincingly in the courtroom before juries and judges, and has great public speaking skills. Mr. Halsey and staff write clearly, persuasively and concisely, as they produce a variety of legal documents. Another great and necessary trait that Mr. Halsey and staff have is their quick response time. I am comfortable calling at any time during the day, and being able to ask questions, receive answers and provide necessary information regarding my case. I highly recommend Mr. Halsey, he is without doubt, the best lawyer in town!
