I am in shock. I was referred and had a consultation, then after a few emails of trying to decide on how to move forward, they hit me with a bill of over $5K charged for some template documents. Horrible experience. Beware! They sound very knowledgeable and great over the phone, but if you move forward, be prepared to pay, and overpay!

Building a new business has its challenges and even more so when working in CA and in the medical/wellness industry. I had a very good experience with the law group. The attorney helped guide me through setting up my LLC, which will be a MSO as well. He answered my questions and was very patient with me, I had many questions regarding setting up my IV hydration business and how to get documents related to the business.

They were more responsive and more attentive than other Healthcare law groups I reached out to. Alex was very happy to assist me after she listened to what my needs were and Albert was very good at providing me with the help that I needed. They even referred me to other people to assist me with other things that I needed in order to start my practice.

Cohen Law is very professional. It started with a virtual initial call, then they connected me with an experienced attorney for my needs. They sent me the contracts promptly and follow up with every step of the way. I will definitely come back for any legal needs.

I asked just 4 healthcare related questions and they scheduled a strategy call to discuss those. However, I didn't concrete answer on three out of those 4 question. Lawyer mentioned the don't provide templates, need to schedule further consultation to discuss one of the questions, and will research and get back to about the last unanswered question, but never receive that answer. I they let me know before I paid and schedule the call that they can't answer these questions, I would not have scheduled the call to save my time and money. They waste a lot of your time with calls and text with their sales and operations team. A little transparency and not needing to waste time pushy sales calls and calls "operations" team would be appreciated.
