Very unsatisfactory experience. I paid the 5,000 retainer. I had three documents, previously prepared by me, edited and received inadequate answers to important questions. I sent follow up emails that were not answered fully and when I asked for clarification , was told I needed to pay 2,500 additional funds to the retainer. Would steer clear of this firm if you’re starting out and looking to understand the industry. Best of luck out there.
