This company has a great team. Not only are they knowledgeable, but they are also very approachable, which is so important. Sharon was excellent during the intake sessions, and I knew they were the group I wanted to work with because of her. I received return calls from other companies I had reached out to after speaking with her, and I found the alternatives abrasive and demeaning. Matt and Sharon helped me navigate through a complex process. I felt comfortable seeking guidance, and I am so happy they were there to help me set up my business.

They have been patient and have been guiding me the whole way. They always have my Best interest in mind. They have been professional, easy to reach, they get back to me quick and very knowledgeable. I would recommend to family and friends. I give them 5 stars !

I paid for the one time 45 minute phone call consultation. I'm in a situation at my current company that I believe they are breaking the law and Chris was awesome helping me navigate what the real issues are (he was able to let me know it was bigger than I originally thought) and what I can do about it. He was extremely knowledgeable and supportive. Even before I met with Chris though, I had the pleasure of working with Sharon. I submitted a request online for someone to contact me and in less than 24 hours Sharon emailed me her calendar to set up a time to talk, but she also called me to let me know she sent it and to give me her number so I could call with any questions. I have spoken to Sharon multiple times with questions/concerns and she is always extremely fast to respond and is wonderful to work with. The entire team (even the COO who was kind enough to weight in on a request) has been amazing. They have been professional, but even beyond that they have given me a sense of trust and support I never expected. I am so grateful I found them.

Molly made a mistake and gave bad advice, BUT they were wonderful in making up for it. The customer service was a 10. Ebony answered the phones, I had a couple conversations with her before I booked an appointment to consult with the lawyer. She was very kind and knowledgeable in answering my questions. I then had a 45 minute phone conversation with Molly, the lawyer that was assigned to me. I am told she is no longer there, but she was very Kind and answered all of my questions, however she gave me some bad advice. She was mistaken and told me that in the state of Ohio you do not need a TDDD license to own an IV Hydration clinic and that is not true.... You DO NEED this license and the Dr that I hired didn't have one and wouldn't get one so I had already built this business and now couldn't get the products that I needed. I will say that everyone at Cohen Healthcare law group did whatever they could do to make it right. Clara the COO of the company called me personally and was sincere, and kind, Chis is another lawyer that helped to make it right. Although Molly had made a mistake, you could tell that the people there really cared about me and my business, you could tell they were not just covering their butts... but, truly cared. Thank you all for your help in my business adventure!
