I am a beificery on my father's trust and they will not help me or give me any copy of his trust. I been calling for a month and they will not return my call. Give your money to someone who has empathy for your family members

I had made an inquiry by phone to Werner Law Firm about our grant deed. Although my question did not directly relate to our living trust which includes our deed WLF got back with us within 24 hours via phone and provided a very useful file via email . The agent's timely response dovetailed with our particular needs and resulted in an excellent outcome.

I hired an immigration attorney who was formerly part of Grzegorek & Gonzalez firm Heather Poole. A short time after hiring her and paying fees in full. I was informed Heather was abruptly moving to a different law firm. It was communicated that there was some conflict internally that caused this sudden move and I discovered later this would be at my expense. Heather’s team reached out asking me if I was going to transfer my case to Heather’s new law firm or stay at Grzegorek & Gonzalez LLP. I originally said I would go with heather since I had paid my retainer in full, only to be told that she would be charging me additional fees. I asked a few questions regarding additional fees that did not make sense since I already had satisfied the outstanding fees. After my questioning of the additional fees she was very aggressive and her treatment towards me was extremely unprofessional. Soon after this conversation Heather would send me very pointed e mails saying if I had questions regarding my case she would have to bill me extra., she was clearly angry and was using me as an escape goat. A lot of this horrible treatment from Heather Poole was clearly a sign of her issues at her former law firm and I was her punch dummy. I then decided to stay with Grzegorek & Gonzalezs, to my demise it would turn out to be an even bigger nightmare. I was now faced with paying additional costs for the new attorney named Amy Prokop Lenhert. I was pressed against the wall with no other options and paid their absurd fees although I had already paid for my services that were never completed. This law firm and Heather don’t fall far from the tree they will tack on whatever fees to make money off you. As time passed I started to realize my case was not being handled properly and decided to seek a second opinion from counsel. I shared the e mails and work Amy had done, after Heather abandoned me and my case. Let me tell you that the attorneys that looked at the work were extremely professional but immediately suggested I seek other services as the guidance given by Amy and the internal feud with Heather Poole Grzegorek & Gonzalez law firm was misleading and not truthful and at my expense. I am still paying for both Heather and Grzegorek & Gonzalez law firms mistakes and mismanagement of my file. I had to hire new council and spent additional funds to have their mistakes corrected which I’m still dealing with today. To date I have not received a refund or apology for the horrible services I was forced to pay for and endured from Heather Poole and Grzegorek & Gonzalez. BE WARE, DO NOT pay the retainer agreement/ services in full until you see results. DO NOT hire Heather Poole and her former law firm Grzegorek & Gonzalez law office. You will be taken advantage off. Steers away from this firm and Heather Poole if you can. RUN AND NEVER LOOK BACK HEATHER WILL ABANDON YOU WHEN YOU NEED HER THE MOST AND WILL USE HER SABBY WAYS TO GET MORE MONEY OFF YOU. LETS NOT MENTIONED SHES ANGRY AND RUDE. SHES A FRUSTRATED INDIVIDUAL. I ask she refund me all my paid fees in full. Regards, Taken advantage of client & victim of internal law firm feud.

I am blessed to have found someone like Troy who has been so helpful during this difficult time of loss. He has been kind and generous with sympathy, which makes this whole painful process bringing to a closure with some peace.
