I was in a car accident several months ago in Pasadena area and I was referred to Mark Murad. He was very straight forward with me, answered all my questions, and got me a great settlement fairly quickly. I appreciate his help and I recommend for any injury case.

Finding a good personal injury attorney in Pasadena or the Los Angeles area is challenging. It's hard to get past the marketing noise to figure out if the attorney or law firm is the right fit. Don't look any further if you want personal care and someone who will pick the phone up and help with your case when you any have questions or concerns. I highly recommend the Law Offices of Mark Murad as a personal injury attorney (car accidents!) for anyone.

These attorneys are very smart guys. These attorneys explained a lot of things to me and stopped me from making a big mistake. They were able to get me double the settlement amount in my property damage case. I'd also recommend this law office to anybody looking for a personal injury lawyer for any case like car accidents or slip and falls in Pasadena area because I know they are experts in that area as well.

I received a lot of help from the owner of the firm when I got into into a car accident, and he gave me a free consultation and he helped me deal with my situation. Smart guy, very professional. Thankfully it turned out I didn't need a lawyer, but Mark and his team gave me great legal advice for no charge!

Jacob is very nice. Although my case is small, he spent time to listen and shown his professionalism when dealing with the insurance agent. I also appreciate the advice he gave for the small claim. He is now my go to person for legal related matters.

I personally thought highly of Donald Potter. He was very professional and also very relatable. He always seemed to respond very quickly when I emailed him. If I ever had any questions or concerns he never hesitated to make sure that I truly understood the situation. If there is anything that I would change, I would have chosen to go further at the end. I felt like he was leaning more towards a different direction so I went with it. Overall he is a great lawyer, very dependable and I’m happy with the outcome.

Recommended by a friend of mine. Was handling an accident claim with a different Attorney and not getting the results and communication that I wanted. Once I moved my case over to Jacob he took ever everything and made it even more simple by always keeping me updated and having everything digital for me to sign and look over every step along the way. Do keep in mind that all legal cases do take time to run their course but that doesn't mean Jacob is not doing his job its actually the exact opposite. He settle my case for the highest amount possible and charged a very reasonable fee for handling everything. Would recommend and he is my Attorney on speed dial if I ever need his advice in the future.

Jacob is a really amazing person. He is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, caring, and doesn't beat around the bush. I never felt like a number and he never steered or rushed me one in making one decision or another that I wasn’t comfortable with. He took his time getting to know me, answered all my questions, and didn't waste time making false promises. He always checked in on me regularly to see how I was doing and let me know how my case was progressing. Honestly, there is no more you can ask for than that when you are injured and trying to work your way back, there are enough stresses in life already.
