Susan Lee Yu of Premier Justice Law did a fantastic job of applying the Lemon Law when my 2011 Jaguar broke down (one of many many instances). She knows the law cold and was able to get back almost the full cost of the car even after 4 years ownership. She is professional, efficient, and extremely accurate in her assessment of the case. It's really unfortunate that I can't give more than five stars. Susan Yu is the one you want on your side in a brawl. She's razor sharp, aggressive, relentless, creative and cagey. Look no further. If Susan agrees to represent you, Do Not Hesitate. I'll end with this: During a deposition, opposing counsel (weirdly) asked me if I had retained Susan because she was a "personal friend." She wasn't. I actually found her on Yelp. But Susan is the friend we all need, the one who unwaveringly supports you and has your back until the fight is done.

I left USA due to emergency on removal proceedings while my case is pending in immigration court that means I will be banned from US for 10 yrs and deportation order as well. But Mr. Mark Murad helped me to avoid deportation order. since 8 months he done all the paperwork and documentation and submitted to court with very professional, consistently he answered for every mail of me with patience and he treats clients very friendly and helpful in every situation. Lagerlof Law Firm in Pasadena deserves a 10 star review. I highly recommend Joshua Driskel at Lagerlof Law. Joshua represented our borrower in a recent 1.75 Million real estate transaction in Silver Lake CA. This was my first time working with an attorney in real estate transaction. I was pleasantly surprised by his nice demeanor (not that I know a lot of mean attorneys lol). He had an impeccable attention to detail and possessed great problem solving skills, this coupled with his quick response times we were an instant match. I think it was his help with the appraisal that saved the day too. I will be referring him out when I can. If you visit his website there's a super cool history of the firm and all the attorneys that have ever been partners. It started way back in LA in 1906. They were once in the Rowan building downtown. The company is rich with history, they say they have over 1000 years of combined attorney experience. I am into History so this particularly interested me. Coincidentally Joshua is a history buff and sits on the Pasadena Museum of History Board. Joshua's company does so many things we need help with like obviously Real Estate Law, Estate Planning, Corporate and Tax Law etc. We are looking forward to a long relationship with Lagerlof Law Firm.

Jacob and Seropian Law has been nothing but an amazing experience, with the added bonus of meeting an amazing human being. This attorney will prolong one's divorce because she wants to get paid and this is how she does it. The opposing council asked..."why haven't we terminated the marriage "? She said.. "I think its convenient for me and my soon to be ex-husband to continue to be marriage ". This way she will continue getting paid. She would tell me..."I working for you so, that you walk away with as much money" but this is when I realized that she was charging so much money and I was not saving any money. When I told her what she was doing to me, this is when she would be upset and would threatened me...."I think that we are not good fit and you should find yourself another attorney". Or whenever I would forget, or didn't understand, or would tell her that she was not doing what I was paying for her to do. This is when she would threatened me with dropping my divorce case after being with her for a year and half. She would do this throughout this whole year and half. She was a FAKE and would PRETEND to CARE about my SUFFERING. I regret the day that I hired her and the bad thing also is that she also has my name. We parted ways on May 21, 2021.
