My mother passed away earlier this year and since Mark had drawn up her living trust I felt it made sense to go to him for all the final paper work and ultimately a will of my own. He was exceedingly kind and easy to talk to and very promptly and thoroughly took care of everything for what I thought was a reasonable price. He took a lot of time to explain everything and let me know what all my options were. I can totally see how he would be an excellent mediator!!

I spent countless hours researching, vetting, and interviewing attorneys following my DUI incident. Unfortunately, too many DUI attorneys prey on the uninformed with fear tactics and unrealistic promises. A close family friend who works as a Public Defender forwarded me several referrals that ultimately ended with "Richard Hutton - he's expensive, but he's the best." After meeting Rich in person, I understood exactly what she meant and retained him for my case. I can confidently say that I made the right decision. Rich's rapport with the DAs and staff was evident at every court appearance. When the situation felt hopeless, he worked relentlessly to come up with a creative resolution. It was a painful experience to go through, but in hindsight I don't think it could have worked out any better.
