I have such an appreciation for Mr Randy Gruen When I came to the Werner Law Firm I was anxious and had been intimidated by family members. Everything was smooth and clear in preparing our trust. The people we worked with helped us along the way. This was especially helpful since we had our baby twins with us during the appointment. I get quick responses to questions I ask even after the trust was completed.

Being wrongfully terminated, processing what occurred, and making the decision to move forward in the legal process and find a lawyer is a very frightening time. You can't plan for it, you aren't ready when you are wrongfully terminated. Finding Ms. Riggins and her agreeing to take my case was truly a blessing. She was strong and comforting. She made sure to cover all aspects and questions. There was never a time I felt lost or confused about what was happening. She kept me informed and prepared for the next steps. I honestly can't thank her enough for her guidance.

I hired Heather pool for a vawa case end of July 2017 after going through the most difficult time in my life ( an abusive relationship which took all my energy and will ) she seemed very compassionate and caring during a 50 minutes consultation and promised that my case will have a chance of 80% winning and I have nothing to worry about. I signed the agreement and payed the retainer. she was responsive to my emails before I made the payment usually within a day to answer any concerns. Shortly after that it became VERY difficult to find someone to talk to in her firm.There was very little communication for two and a half month. Front desk - Legal assistant ( Yvonne) - If I was lucky Joyce Noch another employee just to encourage me to be patient and refused to give me any timeline for my case to be filed. I was so frustrated since my EAD was about to expired and they seemed to not care at all. No matter how I asked to talk to Heather she was absolutely unavailable. I didn't live in CA so there wasn't anyway to go to the office and she ignored numerous emails sent to her. I was seriously considering that the firm is not real and it's just a game to rip me off so I sent an email to Heather and asked for termination of the contract and refund the retainer. surprisingly she wrote me back in a few hours and said I was the one who withhold the critical information so they couldn't do their job and how great she is and what she's done for the case but as I asked the agreement is terminated and obviously no refund. The answer could not be more unreasonable. It was three month of total nightmare and losing a lot of money. I almost forgot the abuse that I've gone through with my spouse and the way she treated me became the first subject with my therapist. So thank you Heather for making me feel I'm no one and nothing once more while I gave my trust and money to someone else.

The Werner law firm did an excellent job for us by representing us with our Heggstad Petition. They accomplished exactly what we needed and Rhi promptly answered the many questions we had along the way. Extremely professional and friendly with highly competitive rates.
