Miss numerous court dates, and he was surprised about his client’s legal status. He only took the case because of the free publicity. He left Alex Enamorado without proper representation and tried to exploit him for over $40k. Even his partner stated that Damon was wrong

This guy stole all of the public money that we spent our hard work, time and dedication on to free our Brother Edin Alex Enamorado. He literally did nothing for him and STOLE the publics money. Now we have to raise 40 more thousand dollars for someone who actually cares about Edin to get him FREE.....WORSE....LAWYER....EVER.....DO NOT HIRE HIM!!!!!

Unprofessional doesn't follow through with his clients doesn't show up on time or at all for the courts not someone you'd want to be represented by especially after paying half of what he asked for and technically extortion clients for more money.
