Mr. Joseph Pius has helped me in more ways than i expected. He has been honest and consistant with me throughout my whole process and has always followed up with any questions i have. Can count on him to call back or get back to me in any situation. Defiantly reccomend him to anyone i know.

Mr. Joseph was referred to me by a family friend. I had just experienced, for the first time in my life, a truly awful accident. He met with my family and I almost immediately after calling him. He and his office staff were amazing from the beginning to the end of the process. It was a scary ordeal for me, personally, but he very quickly made me realize that I was in good hands. When you have never been through a really big accident, ever, it becomes necessary to have a team like Mr. Joseph's team who helps to put your mind at ease during the process. He and his staff were kind, attentive, empathetic and always available to walk me through any questions that I had during the process. Mr. Joseph was consistently available for the many questions I had and it also helps that you can call the office anytime and they also have this new texting system too...for those of us who are always on the go! My specific case was a nightmare! I had someone who hit & ran....some good Samaritans brought them back to the scene- thank goodness! They were NOT driving their own car, they had no license and they were under the influence of a substance to boot! Additionally the person who did own the car was also a hot mess! Truly, it could have been something that would have been even more painful had we not been recommended to Mr. Joseph. The case itself took awhile to settle, but this was only due to all of the odd circumstances surrounding my specific case. Still, during the entire time that Mr. Joseph held my case I never felt abandoned or in the dark. He was EXCELLENT about letting me know where we were at periodically and would often times reach out just to connect and advise me of what was coming next. I would highly recommend Mr. Joseph to anyone who is looking for a lawyer who truly cares about his client (I know, unheard of). He is the real deal and again, it helps that his staff is also courteous too! I can say with certainty if I ever, hopefully not, have the misfortune of enduring another accident....he would be my first call.
