After failing me umpteenth times and going through 25k of my money, when I as Him on his lack of knowledge. This was his response “ I will no longer communicate with you via telephone call and text message, as you have both threatened me and resorted to name-calling. (I requested a refund and called him a Charlaton - which he is) I am disappointed that our long-running attorney-client relationship has come to this point, as I can recall and attest to the numerous times I responded to each and every one of your questions telephonically and via email--even though your questions tended to veer outside of the scope of my role as your criminal defense lawyer. In fact, your immediate responses to the ultimate outcome of your case were that of unequivocal satisfaction and gratitude. I’m happy to say, after zero dollars I got this resolved myself. This man is clueless when it comes to the law and dragged this case on for over one year. One day, I was set. And I’m not even a lawyer. Just a self involved money hungry idiot.

Looked me in my eyes, after already paying and being fully invested in this attorney, and said I’m dropping this case, i said may I have my money back so I can have a fair chance to fight for my freedom I’m innocent, this attorney DAMON A, said sure I will refund the money and never refund the money. Told my family he got compensation for resetting court dates. He kept somewhere in the thousands for resetting a court date! I’m going to continue to try to get my refund if I can not get it I will be going to the STATE BAR OF CALIFORNIA and I will be reporting this I have proof and witness testimony this attorney is no good.
