I found Daniela online after having a consultation with another attorney in preparation for filing Chapter 7. Daniela took the time to explain all of my legal options, was very patient in answering all of my questions, very thorough in combing through my financial information and background, and decided that Chap 7 was the best decision for my situation. She was with me EVERY step of the way, including attending the meeting with the Trustee after filing (NOT all lawyers do this personally, I learned, so I felt very well taken care of). Also, and this to me counts for the most, Daniela really does care about you as a client and has a trustworthiness and compassion that is very important when going through a tough financial/legal decision.
