I set an appointment to simply speak to Clara Yang the attorney. I was told I could speak to her regarding my situational concerns without cost for 20-30 minutes but anything more extensive would cost me. The receptionist also asked me to send over a 7 page document for the lawyer to review. When I called regarding my appointment I was asked to pay $200 before I could even speak to an attorney- because the 7 page document was “extensive.” The document I didn’t even ask her to review. I fully expected to pay for services, I just didn’t think I’d get the shake down before I even spoke to a human. Very unprofessional situation. I would be embarrassed to behave this way.

Clara Yang is Extremely detailed and Professional - very easy to work with. I would recommend Ms. Yang's Estate Planning Services to all my senior friends. Best experience I have had with any Legal need.

I would never recommend any attorney in this office especially Cheryl Summers. She will not do what you ask her to do even if she agrees that it's what needs to be done and tells you "I'll get right on that". She will destroy your case and create more problems that you will need another attorney to fix. This is the same Cheryl Summers that has an office in Fremont CA. DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY YOU'VE BEEN WARNED !! The response from Ms. Yang is not quite correct. My friend used Ms. Yang as her attorney long before she used Ms. Summers and Ms. Yang was even worse and did not represent her as she said she would and that lost my friend $60,000. I came to your office and spoke with you Ms. Yang and you spoke with me at length about Ms. Summers. I will admit that you were at least open enough to advise me to tell my friend her options and that one of them was to file a malpractice law suit against Ms. Summers because she failed to immediately email the executor as we had urgently stated she needed to do or otherwise she would proceed with the sale of the home against the principles wishes to have the home valued at fair market value. Thanks for that at least, but I would never use you or anyone in your office and I don't recommend that anyone else do either.

I had lost my original estate documents during a move, but Ms. Yang was able to reproduce/replace them. A couple of years later I needed to again revise my trust, will, power of attorney, and health care directive. Since Ms. Yang still had them in her electronic file she was able to do this for me very quickly. I would recommend her to anyone seeking an attorney to help with their estate documents

I met with Clara, in 2018, to create a revocable trust. Clara was professional, accurate, excellent in communication. I highly recommend her.

She also updated my documentation to reflect the newest latest changes in taxation which she keeps up on. If you like honesty, straight talk, and a person whom you can trust, look no further, Clara is the right one for you!! She sincerely cares about her clients, and she will do the best thing for you.
