Clara Yang did my will and trust. I met other lawyer before, however after I talked to Clara I immediately decided to let her handle my case. She's very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. She helped me and made sure I understand all possible situations. She also gave me very useful suggestions. I would highly recommend Clara Yang for handling your estate planning.

Just hearing the words "I need to hire an attorney" can make ones stomach churn. On the other hand hearing the name Clara Yang, esquire can calm that churning. From my first meeting Clara was able to help me through the process of legal paper work and court demands. She listened to me and my history with my situation as Trustee to my mother's estate and attempts of settlement. She read through my mounds of paper dealing with settling the State's demand for payment and sibling demands. Clara then advised me of the options available in proceeding and asked me what I wanted as the outcome. In my situation I was more interested in clearing and closing the case rather than concern with getting more. Clara was not pushy with her advice when it differed with my desires and presented my case according to my wishes. She is ethical, caring, sympathetic yet always pointing out how situations could have worked better if I had used legal council at the onset rather than trying to settle it myself. She is calm and collected, mild mannered but don't let that fool you when she presents your case as she is well able to get the facts and situation presented successfully. She kept me informed about my case dealing with the opposing attorney and walked me through all the proceedings prior to each event. She gets the job done.

If you are looking for a knowledgeable, efficient probate attorney, Clara Yang is it. Clara was great at explaining the probate process and did a lot of research to help me get through the process. She did all the leg work that needs to be done to process my claim and made everything as painless as she could.

Our wills and family trust were over 30 years old and needed to be updated. Also, it was time for us to assign durable powers of attorney. We picked Clara Yang because she also specializes in elder law We met with Clara and she listened as we gave her a background as to our needs and family situation. After several weeks, she emailed the documents to us for our review. We made notations on the documents, were we had questions. We met with Clara again and she went over the documents with us explaining the areas that we had noted. She also made a suggestion as to a change we might consider, in the family trust. We were grateful for the suggestion and made the change. We recommend Clara Yang for anyone needing a lawyer to help them with estate planning (wills, trust & power of attorney, etc)

We were looking for an attorney to prepare PO. We were intruduced to Carla by a friend. We called her office they arranged a meeting in the same week. We met Carla in her office, she was very friendly knowledgeable. It took her one week to have the whole PO done and price was very reasonable.

My mother obtained Clara to address her living trust at the time of her passing. I must say that Clara did an exceptional job as our attorney. She made a difficult and unpleasant situation move along as smoothly as anyone could possibly do. She is a proffessional. Her expertise was very evident. I would highly recommend her.

I am a 64 year old MD, and I respect professional people. Clara is an serious professional and she is excellent at what she does. She does quality work and delivers what she promises. She also sincerely cares about her clients. I have had many dealings with attorneys over the years, and have many attorney friends. I know great attorneys when I see them. Awful, this lawyer should be disbarred. She has no moral compass. When I spoke to her on the phone you could hear her kids in the background. when I visited the office her kids are allowed to run around the office and play on the computers where she conducts business. I would never use this lawyer for anything. I would advise anyone who has used her to have all of your paperwork rechecked. You want to make sure that it is valid and the information will hold up in court if needed. What was happening in her office was so unprofessional I don't know how she could actually conduct business there

Ms Yang provided me with the estate documents that I needed, clearly explaining each of them to me and gave me the chance to ask questions. All was made clear to me before I signed.

We hired Clara to do our Estate Planning documents. She provided excellent service and is recommended. The process was difficult personally for us but she guided us with understanding, clearly walking us through the various provisions which we didn't initially understand.
