I found myself surrounded by help and support. All the Lincoln Law staff knew what was needed and made sure all was completed. I could not ask for a better result.

Hooray! Just got my discharge notice in the mail. It's now official and time to celebrate by writing this review and then having some drinks. First of all Carl and Tatiana are the best. Both of their personalities are very warm and reassuring which is vital for making a very stressful situation in a relatively simple and straight forward process. Tatiana is very organized, thorough and capable which made me feel like she was a beacon in the snowstorm of paperwork required by the US government. I was always confident that she would reach out and let me know if I was missing anything or if there was any sort of paperwork that I might be able to use to supplement my case. Carl exudes such a calm confidence that other people in the bankruptcy court asked me about how I was able to appear so relaxed. I let them know that my calm derived from knowing how calm and confident Carl was that everything would go smoothly. Everything did go smoothly and now that I received the final discharge notice in the mail I can have piece of mind knowing that this ordeal is officially over. Thank you Carl and Tatiana for making the experience as painless as possible.

I chose Lincoln Law initially because it was close to my home, but I quickly learned they were so much more than just being a convenient location. I met bankruptcy attorney Carl R. Gustafson who was professional, knowledgeable, confident and more than just pleasant, he was warm and genuinely kind. He informed me of all my options and explained the process step by step. He assured me that I would be supported and guided by his fantastic legal assistants Tatiana and Maria and that we would meet again later to complete the BK process. I was offered a payment schedule which took a lot longer than I anticipated due to unforeseen financial woes. I must admit that I already felt embarrassed to be filing bankruptcy and even more so because it took so long to complete the payment schedule, but they were patient, understanding and respectful of my situation. Almost a year later, I made my final payment and they not only still knew who I was but also treated me like their #1 customer. From the very beginning Carl assured me I would be guided and supported until the very end and he was absolutely true to his word. Our court appointment was scheduled for 9:30 am and he was on time, smiling and very reassuring. By 9:35 am we shook hands and I was back in my car by 9:38 am already feeling like a new person that had been given a second chance.
