I had no clue what to expect, in fact the very idea of pursuing a bankruptcy was somewhat discouraging. I felt like I was the bad guy going in. But Mr. Gustafson and and the staff at Lincoln Law were amazing, the first meeting was so smooth and the really put me at ease during the entire process. Everything was explained and I really felt like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders once the case was filed. I would highly recommend this Company to anyone thinking about filing bankruptcy..

Very rude and unprofessional

Carl and his team are great. They made me feel at ease at a time when I felt very nervous. The staff is very helpful and thorough, making sure that they answered all of the questions and concerns I had. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs help regarding a bankruptcy to come talk to Carl.

I was at the end of my rope when I first visited Lincoln Law. I was stressed from creditors calling me every 5 minutes and knowing that I was never getting anywhere no matter how much I paid. It's very disheartening to be in a situation where life got so out of control that I had to live on credit and it in turned ruined my quality of life by charging so much in interest that there was no light at the end of the tunnel. I met with Carl who gave me the insight of what I should do and I couldn't be more pleased with what the outcome is. I still have a ways to go in repairing my life but I now have a chance at a fresh start and without Carl and Lincoln Law I wouldn't be where I am today. So thank you! I will certainly recommend Lincoln Law to anyone that needs help!

This 5 Star review is long overdue. My way excellent experience with Lincoln law began with an initial phone call to Legal Zoom about filing for bankruptcy. They made an appointment for me to meet with Anne Shiau at the Lincoln Law Office in Pleasant Hill. My meeting with Anne was nothing short of exemplary. She was experienced, efficient, and put me at ease right away. Anne set the tone and the high bar that all of my interactions with Lincoln law would meet. Next came my responsibilities at assimilating and emailing all of the required documents to prepare my bankruptcy petition. It was the no-nonsense, persistent and friendly prodding from William and Ana that kept me on track. Then my meeting with Carl Gustafson to finalize my case assured me I had made the right choice in working with Lincoln law . A very important part of the whole process was the required debt counseling courses. They provide me with new resources and confidence in understanding and changing my spending habits. The icing on the cake of course was the court approval of my bankruptcy claim and then the final dismissal of my debts. Big thanks to all the great professionals at Lincoln law.
