If you ever need to file bankruptcy, Lincoln Law is the best place to go in the East Bay! Their price is very reasonable and they really worked fast on your case. If some issues arises, no problem . The team was just unbelievable everybody from the top to bottom Carl everybody was amazing they all understood my situation and me being very annoying ask so much questions but they allowed me because they understood my situation. I felt like it wasn’t just another business deal they really care. I would recommend this place to everybody.

My wife filed bankruptcy about a month ago and today she had her 341 bankruptcy court meeting. she was so nerves but her lawyer and his office staff told her not to worry and everything will be fine. So, when she went in to see the judge with her lawyer Carl by her side, She told me she felt a little nerves and when her hearing started. It was so easy!!! She said "I mean the questions they asked me was yes or no questions even a child could pass it". "Just be honest with the judge and your court hearing will go by with flying colors". So, Now She is debt free and she is a "HAPPY CLIENT"... Thank you Carl and Lincoln Law staff you are the best. I can now sleep better at night with out worry about my wife debts... My appointment was @ 330pm but I got there early to have my paperwork processed. I stayed there until 640pm to make sure that all my stuff was completed. They were so helpful and patient with me, especially since I had a lot of paperwork to process. Also, my car was repossessed and they're helping me get it out.
