Found Matt when my grandson (we've raised him since he was a baby) lost control of our car and drove through a couple's fence hitting the owner. It was a felony charge against a juvenile. Matt handled everything and walked us through every step. We were in the process of moving from Santa Clara County to Sacramento County which added to the complexity. We could not have handled this without Matt's patience and guidance.

Grateful for finding a DUI expert lve never had issues with the law til Nov 2023
Got my first DUI I was clueless what to do
I did my research found the best lawyer.
He put my mind at ease walked me through it all even recommended where to take my DUI class. Mr O’Conner showed up to all my court hearings, DMV proceedings l did not have to be there. I went to his office signed papers he was good at explaining it all step by step. Always return my calls and emails.
Exceptional professional at all times. I highly recommend Mr O’Conner.

Did a Google maps search for "law offices of Kenneth Bergquist" and was sent to this place. I don't know if he is part of this lawfirm but I wouldn't hire him if he were pro bono. He took my money, didn't do what he said he was going to do, missed court deadlines, and charged me $425/hr as if he were worth that. I filed a complaint with the bar association so we'll see what happens.
