If you are charged with a DUI you absolutely need legal representation. The problem is, if you don't already know an attorney that's experienced in this area, you're completely lost. You have no way to tell who's really able to handle your situation. That's where I was a few months ago. After talking to several attorneys, I hired Matt. At the time, I still wasn't sure I made the right selection, but he turned out to be absolutely outstanding. Matt has long-term experience in the area, he understands the intricacies of the process, and he knows virtually all of the individuals at DMV and in the Court system who will impact your case. Stephen Seto is your go-to man for any easement, encroachment, lot line or real estate land issues. He helped my husband and I with an easement, trespass and water rights issue with the best outcome. He also helped my clients resolve a multi year long fight with an REO bank foreclosure encroaching on their property. All resolved perfectly and in a good amount of time. My Police Union failed me! My Departments disciplinary procedure was a fraud.
