I can not find a better attorney to guide me through my stressful and tedious divorce process. As soon as I started working with Carol, I knew I was in good hands. Throughout my divorce process, Carol demonstrates excellent professionalism and negotiation skills while at the same showing great patience and empathy. I feel very fortunate and grateful to have her representing me. I got what I am entitled to at the end of the divorce. Now I am free and happy. Where do I even start with this review. Carol, Chris, and team were so amazing to me! I couldn't have had a better experience with them. I was going through an incredibly difficult and stressful custody battle. I reached out and from the minute I walked in the door, I knew that I had the perfect legal representation. Carol was straightforward and gave realistic expectations throughout this whole process. Carol was in charge of my case and from our first consultation, everything she told me came true! Carol Ferreyra was a life saver for me throughout this process. Child custody is not only a financial and legal challenge, but also a huge emotional challenge. Carol understood that and was there for me in every way, walking me through the steps, making things happen efficiently, protecting my interests while being totally fair and professional to the other side. The end result was Carol got me custody of my daughter and managed through the bogus claims made by the opposition. I can't imagine a better family lawyer. I highly recommend Carol. Without her, I have no idea what the results of my case would have been. I can't give Carol and team enough thanks. I have used Carol in the past and not only is she easy to work with but she is honest and looks at the whole picture..always what is in the best interest of the children and sometimes, we as divorced parents forget about that. I would HIGHLY recommend Carol!

Carol was and is amazing. She is very passionate about what she does. But she is also sympathetic, but also straight to the point. I hired her because my previous attorney who I fired made an absolute mess of everything, and left me in a very bad spot. Carol came in and immediately made an impact, and made a difference on how my case was handled. She made me feel comfortable and confident in what we were trying to achieve. She always instilled confidence in me and gave me the best advice on how to handle things the right way. Carol actually doesn’t deserve a five star rating, she deserves a ten, but that’s no an option. Chris was also very professional and made sure everything in his scope of work was done, and he also worked with me through different things I had to get done to make sure that it’s done right. Pretty disappointed: feeling lack of honesty I have a complex immigration consultation regarding F-1/2 and J-1/2 student Visas. I spent many hours doing research until I got a pretty good understanding of the specific details. I wrote to Litwin & Smith, as well as other immigration law firms, explaining in detail my understanding of the situation, and asking for potential options. The other Firms replied that unfortunately my understanding was correct and that there were no options. Litwin & Smith was the only one that offered me a $200 consultation. I asked explicitly if there were options (didn't want to pay $200 to hear "yeah, unfortunately there's nothing that we can do"), to which they replied that there were. The result? Ended the call with the same knowledge as I started (with an upfront "situation is not looking good"), feeling that the attorney was not well versed on the topic, and with $200 less and 30 min less of my time. I have dealt with multiple attorneys who won't offer a consultation unless they know they can help you, but this is not one of them

To whom it may concern, Carol Ferreyra represented me in the dissolution of my marriage. I felt very lucky to have been able to retain her services as she is very sought after for her legal acumen, and she was highly recommended to me by a friend. I found Carol, and her supporting office staff to be extraordinary in every possible way, and every turn, so to speak. Carol procured an excellent settlement for me with very little fanfare. Her expertise of Family Law is unparalleled. In a settlement conference she consistently schooled my husband’s young attorney on the actual law. I felt sorry for opposing counsel for her ignorance, but Carol caught all of the mistakes and incorrect conjectures and explained the reality in a way that was neither condescending nor rude. She comports herself quite professionally , has a lovely gracious way about her, but at the same time is no pushover. She fights for her client endlessly. Any time that I would call her, I received an immediate response. She and her incredible staff were always available to answer any questions that I had. She also is quite respected in the Court community, which helped enormously during Court appearances she made on my behalf. Carol made NO mistakes, literally. All of the paperwork was completed seamlessly. Once my divorce was finalized my only suggestion to Carol was that she should charge a higher hourly rate. The competence she demonstrated is rarely found nowadays. I am still grateful everyday that she was my Attorney.
