Attorney Kelly and Pratima handled my case of Change of Status from H1B to B2 visa smoothly. Kelly explained the entire process in detail and answered all my questions. They use a sophisticated portal to capture all information from us, the portal is easy to use. Pratima communicated promptly during each step of the process. My case was approved. Kelly and Pratima have been very helpful with my mom's greencard case. They have been super responsive to my questions throughout the process. Kelly would even answer my text messages on weekends. We were traveling out of state and received a notice to appear for finger printing. With Kelly's advice, we were able to get it done with the local USCIS without flying back home. Highly recommend Kelly's law office!

I was very lucky to meet Attorney Bu and her assistant. Among the five lawyers I have contacted, Mr. Bu is the best in terms of professionalism and understanding of immigration policies. She can accurately grasp the key points of the case, guide me to prepare materials carefully, and patiently answer every question. I was excited to start working with Kelly about adjusting my immigration status, however; very soon I realized that everything is handled in a not professional way. She barely responded to my emails and we had to nag her to check my emails. As an immigrant struggling with status adjustment process in COVID times, this was a very unpleasant and stressful situation for me. Please save your time and find a responsive lawyer that will handle you and your case seriously.
