She just took my money and my wife cases denied. she didn’t do a good job. I won’t recommend anybody. Don’t waste your money and time.

As a previous and current client of Law Offices of Kelly H. Bu, I cannot suppress my impulse of sharing my satisfaction/excitement/appreciation with my prospect friends on the Internet. I have been working on my work visa application with Kelly and her attorney team members (David and Grace) since the beginning of 2018. If you have worked with immigration attorneys before, you can tell the difference immediately since Day 1. In my case, I was amazed by their expertise and confidence in handling my application. Before getting in touch with Kelly, I was so worried about this work visa application due to the fact that everything on my application (from my position title, company background and employer qualification) was telling me that the chance of getting this visa approved was barely minimal. (Of course the assumption was based on the premises of getting lucky enough in the visa lottery) In mid-March, I was still shopping for a great attorney for my case, so I called Kelly prior to sign the contract because I wanted her to evaluate my case. It surprised me that Kelly was super nice and patient, she did not charge me consultation fee for the call. Also, I felt like she took me seriously even though I had yet to become her client. She answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. Also, she shared a decent amount of her past experience in handling challenging work visa applications, which increased my confidence significantly. Besides their expertise, the efficiency and outstanding time management is another reason that you should go with Kelly. As you may know, the deadline of sending in the work visa application is by the end of first week of April. And I had yet to sign the contract with her till the last week of March, which only gave us 10 days to prepare everything for the application. I thought that we were running out of time and I might not be able to make the cut of this year. Yet, Kelly sorted everything out and we managed to submit the application right before the deadline. Long story short, I was lucky enough to win the lottery. I get my notice on the last day of April. RFE received on the first week of September. Kelly responded back on the last week of September and I got approved on the last week of October. So the entire process was not too much of a hassle. I know my review might seem like oddly long and wordy, I just cannot thank Kelly enough for getting me through this process. The approval notice from USCIS means everything for someone like me who is seeking success in immigration to US. I strongly recommend Law Offices of Kelly H. Bu to anyone who is seeking for legal help in their immigration process. Their expertise in immigration will greatly boost your chance of success.
