Brian Qualls may be a decent attorney.

I would highly recommend Brian for your estate planning needs!! He is very professional, responsive, has a warm, pleasant personality, a positive outlook, great communication skills and reasonable fees. After our first meeting, my spouse and I discussed that we both felt very good about hiring him. Throughout the process, he answered all of our questions clearly, explained the legalese so it was easy to understand, and gave excellent feedback. We never felt rushed or pressured and at the same time he was able to move us forward when we felt stuck. Each step was broken down and made the process manageable. I definitely have the feeling that Brian genuinely cares about the work he is doing for his clients. Prior to hiring Brian, I had anxiety due to the fact that we had not taken the time to do our trust and I was dreading the decisions I would have to make, partially in regard to equality to our beneficiaries. Had I known how relieved I would feel once it was done, and how easy the process would be (thanks to hiring Brian and all of the qualities he brings to the table) I would have saved myself years of stress and completed our trust a long time ago! My spouse has already recommended Brian to his co-worker who is wanting to complete his trust!

Brian helped set up a Living Trust for my family, in addition to drafting Wills, Power of Attorney documents, Healthcare Directives etc. I had already spoken with an Estate Planning Attorney and wasn't quite clear on a lot of details after that. One of my friends then recommended Brian to me based on his having attended one of Brian's web seminars. Brian was very patient in answering the questions my wife and I had. He made sure he provide adequate information on all the topics we covered. He was able to clearly understand all the requests we had, and then was able to offer us multiple options to choose from. He was also flexible in welcoming all the changes we made throughout the drafting process. We did not feel rushed; we had a lot of time to think and decide. Going through this process during the COVID-era definitely posted its challenges, but Brian offered us multiple options to sign, notarize and deliver the documents. Considering that the whole topic was grim to discuss, Brian's exemplary professionalism most definitely made it easier for us to go through the whole process, one step at a time, and complete it without any issues.

He listened to my concerns and explained my options, and once we decided on a course of action, he helped me prepare a Will.
