We contacted Brian to help us understand how estate planning could help us as we had just had our first son and wanted to make sure he was protected should anything happen to us. To make it easier for us, Brian came to our home to go over everything, answer the great number of questions we had and propose a game plan to not only protect our son but any children in the future. He was wonderful to work with, not just very knowledgeable but an all around great guy...you can tell he loves what he does, it resonates from him!! The process was very smooth, he has invested a lot of time and money into a system to streamline the process and you can tell. He even had a notary come to our house to finalize everything which was very much appreciated. Since then, we have had a few questions come up where we’ve pinged Brian an email on how best to handle the situation with our trust in mind....he is always prompt to reply, in fact, he even has an out of office message that tells you when he will be reading and responding to emails so you know when yours will get looked at. There’s not many people like that these days. Brian - we appreciate all your hard work, we look forward to your monthly newsletters keeping us up to date on all that’s important (and the little bits of info you share on you and your family that makes us feel you treat us as a great friend than a customer!) and know if and when the time comes that something should happen to us, our kids are well protected. We worked with Brian/Qualls Law Firm to develop a full estate plan; living trust, will, power of attorney, advanced health directive. Brian has really optimized and simplified the whole process. Starting with an online questionnaire, particularly valuable during the COVID19 pandemic, we were able to easily provide Brian the critical information needed to develop the best estate plan for us. The online questionnaire was followed by an online meeting with Brian to clear up any questions we had for him and he for us. We never felt rushed and Brian was able to answer our questions in very easily understandable concepts. From those two steps Brian was able to draft a full estate plan for us to review and then finalize. A short meeting to obtain signatures and we had our full estate plan. We had delayed putting an estate plan in place for years thinking it too complicated and difficult. Working with Brian/Qualls Law Firm was anything but complicated and difficult and it feels great to finally have our estate plan in place.

Brian helped us with our trust and will. Brian was very adaptable to the different situations we faced in the process. He was able to set up a zoom meeting between him, my husband, and I since we had difficulty setting up a meeting at his office. He also has great availability and was able to reschedule us a couple of times. What I really liked about Brian services was an online interview questionnaire we did prior to the initial consultation. It was nice to have time to see what information/decision was needed for our will and trust. Throughout the process Brian would frequently check in with us to see if we had any questions or concerns. And when we did have questions he would respond quickly with a detailed clarification. During the COVID shelter in place he sent out a COVID newsletter with tips, encouragement, and what can and cannot be done in regards to developing/signing documents. Brian loves what he does. He was very kind, flexible, and very knowledgeable.

In searching for a trust attorney on Yelp, for a friend of mine, Brian was the first one who answered his own phone. He was very open with his methods and answered all my questions. After my friend met Brian, I also decided to do our trust. It actually was easier than I thought. During the process Brian always answered his phone or if I left a message he promptly returned my call. I learned many things during this process as Brian really knows the ins and outs of trust law. His prices are also very reasonable. I am totally recommending him to all my friends and family! Don't let probate court take a huge cut of your loved ones inheritance.

Brian was recommended to us by our financial planner to create a trust, and although we had already spoken with a couple of estate planners, we are glad we went with Brian! He demystified the process for us and made creating a trust an easy as well as educational experience.
