Linda is wonderful! Here's why... Having a Law & Marketing background, the 'normal' course of business when speaking to a potential client is to 'sell' yourself in the consultation by offering information to accomplish that goal. Not Linda. She did the direct opposite. By graciously providing 'helpful' information which goes in direct contrast to that model. She suggested 'clear, concise, effective 'steps' on alternatives BEFORE I decide to use her services. I still may need their office at some point, but the fact that she offered an approach which did NOT generate a sale first solidifies my trust in her and this firm. So, I wholeheartedly recommend them. Why their firm out of all the choices out there? Because you can trust they 'care' about you. And they'll do top-flight work too. I know because I did my homework before I put in the call.
