There are literally not enough words to describe how amazing and incredible the Inland Empire Law Group has been to me and my family. I'm 40 years old and have never dealt with any sort of litigation in my life - so I was extremely overwhelmed when coming to them for help. Simply put they have given me the white glove experience from day 1. They consistently have kept me in the loop with all updates to my case. I never feel like I need to chase anyone down for updates. In addition - I would regularly receive calls just checking in on me - making sure I am doing ok - seeing if I needed anything from them. I never felt like just a random client - I was always made to feel like I was the only one they were working with. I want to give a very personal and special shout out to Breeana who is a paralegal to David Ricks. She went above and beyond to ensure this entire process went as smooth as possible. She regularly kept me updated and provided consistent reminders for upcoming deadlines. I never once had to wait long to hear back from her whenever I had questions. She treated me like a best friend and I truly could not have asked for a better partner throughout this process. She is one of a kind. Mr Ricks himself completely blew me away with the work he has done on my case. Listening to him do his job was like watching a masterclass in legal work. He is extremely passionate about what he does but maybe more importantly - you can tell he has a personal vested interest in finding success for his clients. During down times he would speak about how impactful other clients have been to him - and I truly think it takes a special person to not only do what he does - but to take such special pride in his work. a small business owner and hired David H Ricks for a business matter. I started the process around 3 years ago and the case is still going. I want to write a honest review about the type of service we are experiencing at the moment with this attorney. I was very excited to contact him since reviews looked great on yelp which solidified my decision to hire him. Our first phone went well, I felt happy with my decision. I gave the attorney a retainer $$ for him to start working on my case. However, after that phone call everything started going downhill. I’m currently feeling very frustrated and disappointed. David has charged me thousands and we’re still in square one. I don’t get any updates on my case. If I want to get information about what’s going on I have to chase the secretary (or whoever answers the phone) only to find I the she doesn’t know anything. The staff and attorney are pretty much unresponsive, but they don’t miss a date to invoice me for payment. A few months back David supposedly schedule an arbitration meeting with the opposing party where I needed to be present. I took the day off I showed up to the meeting on that given day only to find out there’s was no arbitration meeting. It had been previously canceled but David nor the staff care to notify me. I just wasted a day of my life. Today, we’re still in square one but with a lot of waisted time and not to mention wasted dollars. I will updated this review when service is complete this attorney
