I had been working with another family law firm for almost 3-1/2 years before I retained Thomas Shinton's services. They were horrible - couldn't get my divorce completed during that time, which included 2 rejections of the submitted paperwork from court. 3 months with Shinton and his staff changed that. He reviewed/modified the paperwork, tied up other loose ends my previous attorney wasn't even aware of, resubmitted everything, and only charged me a flat rate. Bree, his paralegal, was great at answering all my questions. Low and behold, my divorce was accepted! I can't tell you how happy I am. I would definitely recommend Shinton and his staff; they REALLY helped me out, thank you!!

It was a blessing to use him several times for his legal services. I was overwhelmed with his determination. Successful outcome to say the least. I also referred him to several other friends who also had the same experience. It’s hard to find an attorney who cares and goes above and beyond what they’re suppose to do. Man! I couldn't speak any higher of my guy rocky! My bail was a quarter million dollars and that alone can tell you i was in deep water and needed all the help i can get when i got out. Between Rocky and Jason my case was DISMISSED!!!!! Thank you guys so much couldn't have done it without y'all! If anyone needs an attorney ASAP these are the guys to get please don't hesitate at call!

You know when I went to Thomas I was really really behind the 8 ball cause of a POS lawyer I had before him. After a long and very draining process he was able to get the other lawyers and judges to finally open their eyes and ears to listen to me and I was given FULL sole and legal custody of my 3 kids. So I will always refer Thomas to people. Just do as he asks along with the steps and time and you will see how he can get them to see what really needs to be done.

Mr. Johnson made himself available, in a timely manner and provided us with the necessary information to assist us with our criminal matter. He was honest and straightforward and that was a refreshing change from the other attorneys I spoke with.

I am getting divorced from my wife of 8yrs and she began to make false accusations about me and even put out a restraining order on me. After interviewing several attorneys I settled on Rocky becouse he made me feel at ease and is exactly what I needed while going threw this turbulent time. Rocky was able to have the restraining order removed and helped gain visitation with my 7yr old son. He is now helping me with my divorce and Im glad I made the right choice in picking him as my attorney.

Thomas worked my divorce case which was on a crazy time schedule that needed to get done within a month and a half due to buying property. All I can say is WOW!!! From day one when I told him about my case and situation him and his team were on the ball and on point with everything. They did also explain to me that my time table was crazy and that if anything went wrong it can delay it. But in the end they came through. Every time I called for an update which was often they did not hesitate to give me answers to any question that I had. They were really professional and were always positive. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I will be using them in the future if I ever decide to remarry and in need of a prenup. Rocky is passionate and will fight for you! He handled my Husband's case creatively and was able to get an outcome that was fair, and in his best interest. The only negative feedback I will give is that his office staff isn't as organized as they should be however Rocky was quick to make up for their errors.
