FLAWLESS VICTORY!!! The name Thomas Shinton will be forever remembered in my life. I had a family law issue that threatened the custody of myself and my two children from a bitter ex wife. This bitter ex wife purchased the most expensive family law specialist that money can buy and she put the pressure and stress on myself and good nature. Shinton was able to 1. Remind me of this Legal game these high power attorneys play and 2. To keep my goal dont fall into their tricks and we WILL win. Again we went up against a juggernaut family law specialist that pushed us out again and again. However this is a game of chess and strategy is key, listen to Thomas he knows the law front to back and is a beast in the court room. This man was able to give me every single right back, and my family back. I am forever grateful. Thank you again Thomas.

Mr. Shinton is a great attorney, I came to him with a custody/child support case that another attorney had messed up on. He started from scratch and was there for every single hearing and got me exactly what I wanted. Him and his office staff are great on communicating and going the extra mile. I came to him when I was trying to get away from my abusive husband, he helped me formulate a plan, and helped me to obtain a restraining order that without him I would not have been able to get. In the case of domestic violence accusations the petitioner can file all the allegations that they want to with the court, and the respondent is guilty until proven innocent, Rocky understands that. Rocky has a vast background in law enforcement and as a volunteer with the district attorneys office. With that said, he has seen domestic violence cases from the street level as a deputy, to the D.A.’s office, to the courtroom as a family and civil law attorney. I have been in an ugly battle over the last few months with domestic violence accusations against me. I had my children taken away from me and C.P.S. was involved due to the allegations. My original attorney did not know how to combat the allegations and was looking for the easy way out instead of fighting for me when I was wrongfully accused. It seems that most attorney are just doing the job to make as much money as they can off of their client, that’s not Rocky’s M.O. though. After retaining Mr. Johnson I went from feeling defeated by the judicial system to happy and confident about my case, because I knew he was going to fight for the truth. Mr. Johnson is thorough, dedicated, aggressive, and fearless with regard to my case. He is genuine and has conveyed his admirable and likable character through word and deed. The day of the hearing, we did not anticipate being in court too long. We ended up spending the whole day there! From 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.! This resulted in him shuffling his schedule around and he remained by our side for the entirety of the day. Hello everyone! Rocky Johnson, was referred to me by a family friend in the time of need. I called rocky and within hours I met with him at his office. I was going through a bad separation with my ex that involved two babies, and I needed emergency custody. I explained to rocky my situation and how important custody was. Rocky was very insuring and confident about my case. Through the hard time I was going through,he made me feel at ease. He gave me his personal cell number and told me to call at anytime, which I did, and gave me good legal advice at certain times when I needed it, which helped in my custody case. I would also like to note,rocky broke his foot on the weekend of my court case and showed up to court with crutches. The crutches didn't slow him down, as he chased and made deals with my ex and her attorneys,also standing in front if the judge. My final outcome, rocky won my Sole and physical custody of my children.
