After being denied by at least 4 lawyers ( they told me that case was too complicated and would take up to 8 month) and some were asking some enormous payments, I decided to give Fresh Start Law Center a shot. It was the best decision I have ever made. For such price ( comparing to lawyer offices in San Jose) , in less then two month I had got early probation + reduction ( from felony to misdemeanor) and finally misdemeanor record clearance GRANTED. All in ONE day and WITHOUT a formal hearing!!!! I would definitely recommend Fresh Start Law Center. I was skeptical at first that I could have my conviction expunged but to my surprise David was successful. The whole process was very easy too. The next day after I contacted fresh start law center David Huffman the owner of the law firm contacted me directly I was shocked how quickly he responded to me. Answered all my questions regarding my felony conviction and sent me over all the necessary documents and questionnaires needed for my case to be expunged.
