I had never been involved in an auto accident much less one with an injury in my 45 years of life. Unfortunately I was rear ended by a distracted driver who never even hit his brakes. In November of 2020 I was struck by a truck and sought out a personal injury attorney after State Farm tried to come after me for damages to the other person's car. My daughter and I were rear ended and our vehicle was totaled in the accident. This was the fault of another driver.
