Ryan Birss I would consider a friend and a great attorney!!! He knows the law and is very helpful...

Ryan Birss has stepped up for my family. He has always went over & above what I would expect out of a lawyer. From getting a DUI dropped off of my daughter's record and removing several traffic tickets so that she was able to have her license reinstated to representing my son in several felony cases that never ended up in state prison even though that was the probation department's recommendation. In both cases the DA's office went on record to state they did not agree with the sentencing and wanted him in prison. Ryan is a ray of sunshine that brings hope in this broken system. He truly cares and treats you like family not just a number. Ryan Birss will always be my family and friends go to lawyer.

Ryan made the situation less stressful and did all that he could considering the fault on my end. Reasonable, understanding and is emotionally connected to his clients and understands any and all situations. He made my case less intense and realized that the petty stuff that gets charged by the county is at times over bearing and will filter out the truth. When I got in trouble with the law, I was very upset. I have never been charged with a crime, and I knew I was in over my head, A friend recommended Ryan, and I'm so glad I hired him! Mr. Birss and his assistant, Courtney Weber, calmed me down and took care of my problem. The original charge was greatly reduced to a misdemeanor, I highly recommend them when you need help in this manner.

Ryan was knowledgeable, business like but personable. He was honest and upfront. Didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear. We didn't get the outcome we wanted but then again Ryan came in three quarters of the way through. If I would have had Ryan at the get-go I'm sure the outcome would have been different, and if I ever needed a criminal lawyer again I would most definitely call him but hopefully I won't have to.
