Years ago, I learned the hard way never retain professionals who advertise, they aren't looking after your best interest. For that reason and the fact his reputation is stellar, I hired Robert for my case. It was a roller coaster ride and took much longer than I anticipated due to Covid, but he let me know what what was going on and answered all of my questions along the way. At the end of the day, I was delighted with the outcome which is why I give attorney Hamilton my highest recommendation. I plan on inviting him to my house for a barbeque this summer (assuming I get my remodeling completed).

Wanted 300 to answer a simple question if something was worth pursuing. I would have retained him if the answer was yes. But I'm not paying him to say no and walk away with 300 for 0 effort. Ty for nothing.

If ever in this horrible situation I highly recommend Robert Hamilton (LegalSaint.com). My situation was unique in that I was given a date rape drug that resulted in a DUI. I still have no memory for 8 hours prior to the DUI. I don't think another lawyer would have taken my case to trial (much less been successful) as the legal system/court is based on facts and proof (which I didn't have). I'm extremely grateful for Mr. Hamilton believing in me and representing me through this horrible journey. The jury found me NOT guilty on all counts meaning I was Acquitted of a DUI with a .174 BAC and the DMV Action Was Set Aside (completely removed from my driving record). Absolutely rude. I called to find out if they dealt with my kind of case instead of answering my question Mr. Hamilton demanded my information. Well I wasn't going to give out personal information until I knew if he dealt with cases like mine & if he was acquainted with the opposing counsel. So I asked him if he wanted it to see if there was a conflict of interest? He said yes and he wouldn't speak to anyone without knowing their name, before I could give him the opposing attorneys name to see if it was a conflict of interest for him, he hung up on me. Not a saint, completely unprofessional.
