My Gratitude for Robert Lee Hamilton and John E. Carelli is beyond words. Something pointed me in the right direction and I was very fortunate to find this outstanding legal team to represent me. Robert has done a excellent job with my case. It has been difficult with quite a few ups and downs. Maybe even an argument or two. In the end he got almost all charges dropped. He didn't take the first few deals that were offered and kept going until he was satisified that we had pushed as far as we could. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an Attorney who will fight for them until the very end. Thank you Robert for all that you have done.

What surprised me the most about Mr. Hamilton was that he performed well above and beyond the call of duty. He charged me a reasonable flat rate but performed work much beyond what was bargained for initially. Many extra motions were filed that were not discussed. Many extra hours were poured into the case which I did not expect. Mr. Hamilton was very thorough and worked the court system to the hilt. In the end I was acquitted on my .18 DUI (not a typo) which was unprecedented for the judge and the D.A. The judge didn't even know how to acquit a DUI of any measure so the D.A. taught him. "Hold a one minute trial with no jury and no witnesses and acquit the defendant ". And so it was ... I've dealt with lots of other attorneys in the past but none of them come close to the talents, expertise, and dedication of Mr. Hamilton. He was always very easy to get a hold of and most of the time just picked up his cell phone and there he was. I recommend him highly and would definitely use him again even for other legal issues.
