Crista handled my conservator case perfect. To say the least I was very anxious and not tech savvy but they were patient and understanding and walked me through every aspect. I calmed down and followed their lead and she won my case. She is my attorney now and I recommend her to anyone in need of what she has to offer. Thank you.

Working with Crista was a horrible experience. She and her paralegal were horrendously unprofessional and rude. How she feels it's ok to yell at clients is beyond me. She forgets they work FOR the client, not the other way around. My brother-in-law (who is an attorney himself) called this law firm a chop-shop and suggested I report her actions to the bar. She made deals with the opposing party without my consent which cost me my day in court, when I needed to be seen before the school year started. She will say one thing and gaslight you and then blame you for taking the advice she gave you verbally and deny she said it. She dragged my case out. When I refused to be shaken down for more money (and after I called her paralegal out for being totally unethical) she dropped me as a client 12 hours before we were due in court. She wouldn't even get on the phone. This is the worst law firm I have ever had the misfortune of working with. Stay FAR AWAY.

My experience with Crista Haynes was horrendous. She talked a great game during consultation. As soon as I hired her, everything changed. Her attitude and demeanor toward a paying client is abhorrent. I've never been yelled at by an attorney over the phone. I had to tell her she needed to lower her voice when talking to me. She frequently made deals with the opposing party without my consent. She would tell me one thing verbally and then say something completely different in writing. I was absolutely gaslit by her. My brother in law was on a phone call with me and her paralegal, who was just as rude and nasty. As an attorney himself, he advised me to report Crista to the bar and called her a "chop-shop" attorney. His disgust with her methods was clear and it became apparent why he avoids family law... Because of attorneys like her, that prey on parents desperate to get their kids out of terrible situations. She dragged my case out, did not communicate with me what kind of hearings were happening, and couldn't give me any semblance of a timeline. I kept showing up to pointless court hearings that my ex didn't (because he has a competent attorney that only made him attend the necessary hearings. Crista made me show up to everything, just for her to not say anything I asked her to say, and just agree) She will make herself out to be a bulldog in the courtroom. This could not be further from the truth. She will do the bare minimum to be able to charge you and won't rectify anything when her bad advice costs you. She dropped me as a client 12 hours before an ex parte hearing after making backdoor deals with opposing counsel without my consent that jeopardized my job and my kids' school. I was supposed to go to court before the school year started. She changed the date behind my back, cutting my legs from under me. And then she demanded $5,000 within 12 hours to go to an ex parte that her law firm pushed me into by not following the code of ethics. When I refused to be shaken down, she dropped me altogether as a client. My brother-in-law was absolutely disgusted when he found out what she had done and represented me himself in the ex parte, even though he doesn't practice family law. I cannot stress this enough: STAY AWAY FROM CRISTA HAYNES AND HER LAW FIRM.

Terrible service!!! Crista IS NOT professional she showed up to court with colored hair and also informed me that no one cares about the well-being of my children! My ex husband was able to get off easy WITHOUT an attorney!

I wish I did my homework before retaining Crista as my attorney! She's very rude and attitude is horrible! I wish she told me that my kids mental well-being isn't of any care to the system before retaining her! My ex husband represented himself and got off easy!! But, like the old saying "you get what you pay for"
