First off, I never post negative reviews and I like to give people the benefit of the doubt by not even listening to the negative reviews. However with this law firm, every negative thing you read is 100% accurate.

I should've posted forever ago. But Crista gave me my life back. Thankyou so much. I wholeheartedly reccomend her services!

I don't recommended this law firm. They take your money but don't really help you. Seriously look for a different law firm.

I can't even believe that this law firm is Not a. 5 star That is beyond my comprehension so I'll go ahead and tip my hat and give my nod to this Law firm their communication And representation of me and my c p s case has been extremely valuable Is christa Is an extreme professional she means business and handles herself accordingly She knows how the legal system works and she knows how to get things done It's not an easy predicament to be in whenever you are dealing with CPS or dealing with any type of custody you have to be. Able to be positive throughout the process and just know that you've hired the best legal team to help you through that from the legal standpoint

From the very second I reached out Deidra and her team QUICKLY and confidently guided me in the right direction with the information I needed to prepare for my appearance... The level of genuine compassion and respect as a fighting father I've received from this team is beyond amazing! I've never felt more confident to stand up for myself in the courtroom and they've made that possible by showing me that they're with me 1000% every single step of the way! They listened to every detail of my situation and QUICKLY got to work filing the necessary motions without hesitation! The best part about their team is that they are more than eager to accept the cases no other firms will! They're genuinely adamant about helping fathers get the rights they deserve no matter the circumstance or how hard the fight may be! I normally don't give reviews or throw people under the bus even when they deserve it, but in this case I have to. Crista and her were horrible to me. I was dealing with serious child custody case and Crista made me feel like I didn't matter. She only showed up once to a hearing and then only sent her assistant attorney to each hearing (surprisingly Mary was a 1000% better than Crista but that's besides the point) and the one time Crista showed up she barely engaged with me. Crista allowed opposing counsel bad mouth me in open court without defending me. Crista's office NEVER informed me of communication from opposing counsel as well as keep me in the loop when changes occurred. If it wasn't for my ex wife sending me information about our case I would have NEVER been informed. Additionally, Crista's office made an administrative mistake that costed me 6 months of suffering and refused to accept responsibility for their failure yet they continued to charge me for their folly. I do not recommend using this office and frankly speaking Crista should not be allowed to represent anyone ever again until she learns how to be more professional and humble. By far my worst experience in family law.

I wished I had found Ms. Crista Haynes when my case first started. However, I am so glad I found her and that she took my case. She is compassionate, understanding, and knowledgeable. She represents the law to the highest degree. I have gone through a lot. I struggled to trust and had a lot of fear because sometimes you can have a case so clear cut and things don't go the way you would think. She helped me gain confidence, and listened to my concerns, and showed me that my voice does matter. She has the best staff who are knowledgable, compassionate, take the time to listen, and assist you in every way. Thank you, Jenni, you are simply the best. I hired Crista almost 2 years ago about two months after paying my retainer fee I send her an email to fire her because I did more work then her or any of her staff. In legal terminology she told me it was a process that needed to be approved by the judge to fire her so I stayed working with her because my kids were involved and I didn't want court to be postponed after the threat to fire she said she would be more attentive to my case which once again I have proof and emails yet til this day she has not resolved some documents that were inputed wrongly, nor reasponded. The firm is now over charging me and when I call to complain and request my money since I'm done paying it has not been resolved. I think what a waste of money she was don't go to them. I know the firm is reading this and I hope they make things right, it's sad to take advantage of people.
