Stunned by the unprofessionalism, attitude and work ethic my the staff and Haynes. Buyer beware.

I hired Ms. Haynes for a child custody case I paid her $4500 and she also said she believed in my case but she lost that case than I hired her again to fight for my foster care license she said she believed in that case to so that was another $2500 she lost that case than she expected me to retain her for the Law Suit against the county of San Bernadino which she wanted a $3k down payment for. After I felt like a total failure in hiring the wrong Attorney who was never on time to court who was rarely available for calls who said she had a strategy and for me to not mess it up. I spent more time on the phone with her secretary than with her when she did show up to court in the custody hearing she didnt say a word and than advised me not to speak but she would later dismiss my case instead which was shocking totally shocking than she said she should have just request the detention of my God Grand kids dismissed initially so they could be returned to me but when they were in my care to begin with she said she cant do anything to protect them unless they were taken first but when thay were eventually taken she could not get them back and now there being put up for adoption by strangers after everything I have suffered My family found me a better Attorney with very excellent reviews so we hired them to review everything the child custody case and my foster care license case I gave all my paper work to and they said Ms. Haynes failed to file very important paper work in time that could have made the difference in the outcome in both situations and now he has to fix the damage that she has done but it will take time I was devastated I didnt half to take a settlement offer which was not to my benefit but to the opposition. Thay also agreed that due to lack of experience with Attorneys that they have clients come to them all the time to repair things like this. I also want to say that Ms. Haynes also in my case gave the opposing side information that I felt was not important to the case and they used that against me. I regret ever meeting Ms. Haynes I found the reviews later in the midst of already retaining her I told her I am praying for a better experience than those who wrote negative reviews she told me the reviews use to bother her but they dont anymore so this review shouldn't either. My life completely changed after losing both cases so I agree with all the 1 star post do your research and hire a more experienced Attorney it could make all the difference I have anxiety and countless sleepless nights because of my experience as well.

I half to be honest with my experiance It was a nightmare hellish infact. I lost everything I mean everything. Crista gave away unnecessary information to the other party in my case aswell so I really wish I would have read these reviews before I wasted 8 grand to retain her because it cost me big. She was always to busy but said she believed in my case but didnt believe in it enough to read over the response the other party provided nor did she keep her word with anything she said nor did she refund back my money owed me. In the court room the other party laughed at her incompetence and I knew I was screwed. Do not waste your money find another Attorney her performance is exactly as she appears in court with her Harlequin hair color a sad comedy show at our expense. I hope this helps. If she says this post is fake well it's not.

Very disappointed in this office!! Haynes promised to assist in a case and when we were ready to start the work Haynes basically told us it's thanksgiving weekend I can't help you. Outrageous !!!

I found myself desperate for an attorney after years of trying to take care of a bad divorce case and eventually cps case using public defenders. I found Crista after calling several attorneys who wanted an arm and a leg just to hear my case. Since the first time I spoke with her she was very compassionate and confident. Hiring her was the best choice I ever made. She fought for my rights always protecting me. She is very professional, smart and focused. I now have cps off my back as she was able to get case closed and children back in the home. I truly believe if I would have stayed with public defender this would not be the case. I highly recommend Crista and her firm they are all great to work with.

I had a very horrible case that traumatized me. My court appointed lawyer was literally laughing about it and then telling me I could not tell anyone what she says in private, or what I record her saying. I was terrified and called different lawyers. Most of them were rude but Krista was not. She had us come over to her office and pay her for her services and got to work right away. We paid her a fraction of what the other lawyers quoted her. She said there would be no more fees and she would stay until the conclusion of the case. The case dragged on and on and she stuck to her word. She is very calm and well spoken in court, and the judge respected her. She was calming to me as I haven't had a situation like this before and was scared. She told me when I should say nothing and when it was right to speak. My girls are safe. Crista has a good heart and volunteers her time often. We are very grateful to her and her assistants at the office.

I hired Haynes law firm to fight a restraining order against me and she took my case instantly and suggested I get one against my ex and increased my payment. From that time forward her secretaries were my lawyers. She was never available, she takes forever to reply emails, she talks to you in a very insensitive way as though your case should not be addressed thoroughly. A day to my court date she said we did have a review since this was my first case and only called for 30mins. . On my court date she was asking me questions that made me Know she was not prepared or read my declaration or Know the depth of my case. Suddenly, she couldn't fight... She told me she had another client and went for an agreement. I had tears in my eyes, because it was obvious I paid for nothing. She wants a cheap way out and go after another case as though my case never mattered. She ignored my calls and emails, but she never forgets to collect her payments. I would not recommend her to anyone. If you need a lawyer please look somewhere else. We are all humans and can tell when someone does not do right to us, but many of us don't have the voice to speak for ourselves. Please find another dmv lawyer not Haynes law firm.

Breach of contract/Negligence (For not doing work that I paid for). Do not pay upfront, we had an agreement & I was juggled back & forth with Crista & Taylor. Expect to play phone tag. I will have this on my record for the next 7 years as a single widowed mom with a 3 year old son. These people previously went by the name of Bristol & Haynes, A Professional Law Corporation. Don’t be fooled by the NEW name save your money. Ask them why the change of law firm name? Lol If my review was fake I would have been paid for it 🤷🏻‍♀️ but you CHOOSE to ignore my phone calls & emails to deal with my case you know who I am and because you’ve already been paid. I hired Crista to represent me in a child custody case where the other side was seeking to terminate joint custody and reunification therapy. She was hired approximately six weeks prior to the hearing. Her plan was to request a continuance and I was told not to appear. The judge rejected her request and despite the many documents I sent to her and conversations about the case, she told the judge she was not prepared to argue the merits. This is directly out of the transcript I obtained. Rather than be honest with me, she avoided the question. For the follow-up hearing where the case was re-presented, she did not properly serve the other side and two critical dates were transposed. For this, the judge dismissed the case. In addition, she sent an associate with whom I had not previously corresponded.
