Mr. Gass was hired due to san bernadino county was trying to give me 9 years prison. Mr. Gass got me a not guilty verdict from the jury never did he mislead me. Always advised me of what was going on. A truly great attorney.

My relationship with Jim started with getting a DUI. One of the two charges was dropped and I just had to pay a fine and go to the 4 month course. I've been an unlicensed driver since my DUI and was lazy about getting my license back. After my DUI I got into more trouble. Hit and run. Driving on a suspended license. Jim would always give me great advice and point me in the right direction! At the end of every conversation he would then stop and say "why haven't you got your license back?" Even though that would get him less business. =) In the end he found a way to get me a not guilty plea and get my case dismissed using the diversion program which I was very grateful.
