If you find yourself looking for a criminal defense attorney, do not hesitate hiring Graham. He is an incredible lawyer and a good man who moves with utmost confidence in the court room. My family member was looking at potentially serving years; Graham got him community service and probation (they were not minor charges). HIGHLY recommend him. God bless Mr. Donath and his team.

It’s an insane, long story that you probably only watch on a bad Lifetime movie. Let’s just say, Graham saved my life, knowing I was innocent, and protected me against injustice. I had never been arrested before and was referred to Graham by a former colleague. Trust me, and I swear on everyone and everything in my life (a tiny blasphemous), if you unfortunately need a lawyer, go to Graham. Also, his assistants and paralegals and counsel are the best!! :) again, he saved my life and everything I worked for.

I highly recommend the offices of Mr. Donath. I went through a questionable situation in which a felony and a misdemeanor were brought against me. He and his team were able to reduce the felony AND misdemeanor down to a complete dismissal. The team is FANTASTIC at communication and will clear up any hesitancy you may have. This Law firm, specifically Graham Donath has literally save my life and given me at an advanced age , a new lease on life. I made a huge mistake, and arrested 10 yrs ago, sentanced to 9.2 yrs in prison for a felony ,, for a huge 7 figure plus financial crime, which should have been on the famous TV show….Graham Donath and his law firm, through his expertise and years of dealing with the judges in Riverside county, got my sentance reduced to 32 months., with a year being served at a Fire Camp.. At the advise of Mr Graham Donath I stayed clean for now 7 yrs and again , Graham Donath, went to the same court , and expunged my felony conviction, with the proper penal code, to a mere misdemeanor, and now I am able to get a great job , have a meaningful relationship, and the opportunity to get housing as a normal person, AND. GET MY LIFE AND FAMILY BACK and be a productive member of society again. … Not only is Graham Donath a great lawyer with all the proper law abiding connections, he is extremely Affordable as compared to others. and very accessible and communicates well.. … I cannot thank him and his staff enough for ALL they have done for me and my family. From the beginning Mr. Lin was exceptional in every facet you can be as an attorney. He represented me in a murder trial and won me my freedom. Throughout the process he was very personable with my family as well as myself. He not only believed in me and my case but went above and beyond to be prepared for my trial. Not only was he attentive to detail but always maintained open and honest communication with me. I can’t say enough about his professionalism and knowledge of the law. He never once swayed from his conviction that I was innocent but explored all of my options with me and told me he’d go in the direction that I wished. He was the only attorney that came to visit me and represented me from the beginning of my case through the end of my trial. I’m blessed to have been able to have him as an attorney and come to know him as a person. If I find myself in any legal trouble in the future I wouldn’t have any other attorney represent me.

Attorney Lin was referred to our family after several years of battling the court system in Riverside County, bogged down with Covid restrictions and backlogs of cases trying to find court rooms available to serve defendants lined up to have their day in court. Please excuse my brother review (Travis Betts) it's not true at all he's a good lawyer and definitely not racist at all that's a lie. I know myself because he helped me get the best deal I could ever had. I love my brother but he has a bad attitude and needs to listen. I have had the unfortunate need to retain Mr. Graham Donath on two separate occasions. The first time, I had already paid two different attorneys $6,000 each. Only to have both of them tell me I was going to prison and that there was no other option for me. I wanted an attorney who believed in me and would fight for me. I did some research. I found Graham Donath. I am so happy I did. I liked his reviews and the fact that he is only one of seven criminal specialists in California . The first time Graham appeared in court with me, in less than five minutes, he was able to get me probation and no jail time. I couldn't be happier. I didn'tthink I would have the need to hire him again, but I did. Mysellf and three of my friends were fighting drug and gun charges. Each of us had our own private attorney. Thanks to Graham and his questioning of the police officer who arrested us. He was able to get all of our charges dismissed. We couldn't be happier. Graham Donath is by far the best attorney I've seen. I am so happy that I found him. I tell anyone I know that is facing charges to hire Mr. Donath. They won't be disappointed.
