I will forever be grateful to all the lawyers and employees at the law offices Graham D Donath, they never stopped fighting for me, not only did they get my probation reduced they also got my felony expunged.

This Law firm is by far the most helpful, considerate, respectful, knowledgeable, and communicative group I have ever worked with. I had a horrible experience with another law firm that did not represent me and used scare tactics to get more money out of me and continue getting me unfavorable outcomes. I finally reached out to this group for help and they were very understanding. They quoted me a very reasonable price for representation and we’re able to fix the mess my previous lawyer made and in fact improved my situation by getting me much better terms only after one hearing. They have given me hope for a better future and I would recommend them to anyone who is dealing with a similar situation as mine. I can’t thank them enough for what they have done for me, they were a blessing in my life.

When I got arrested it was a very scary time for me I wasn’t sure what to do I knew I needed a lawyer so I found the first lawyer that came in my mail on a flyer big mistake I paid that company $3,000 my lawyer did not show up one day to court , sometimes it would be a completely different lawyer who had no idea what was going on with my case!It finally came down to them telling me to take a deal for jail time and that was the best the could do or go to trail for a fee that they were unsure of to tell me. I let company go that day! I went online did my research and found Mr.Donath he was straight forward told me all costs up front they stayed in constant communication with me sent me all the police report and all paper work regarding the case which my other lawyer never did. Mr.Donath is very down to earth easy to talk to breaks everything down to terms that is understandable of course I would of hoped for the case to be dropped considering the circumstance but your dealing with the court systems grips. Mr.Donath was able to get a better deal for me. His office team is also very helpful. So grateful to be able to of had Mr.Donath and his ladies in my corner.

My experience with Attorney Graham was everything I needed and more. I was facing a Violation of Parole and was going to jail due to what the public defender told me. I couldn’t do jail time cause then I would have lost my apartment and family. I searched online and found Graham, best decision I’ve made for myself. First meeting Graham I knew he was about business not only did he handle the DA but also pushed my court date out further so I was able to provide for my family. Now came down to my court date, I was filled with mix emotions. Once I seen Graham come out of the court room, first thing he said “relax your not going in, I talked with the judge.” That when I knew Graham was serious about his clients. If I can give Paul 10 Stars I would. Got quotes from other lawyers and they were outrageous. We explained the situation and he gave us a firm and reasonable price. Our family member has mental issues and needed somebody who would understand him and communicate with him properly. Very kind and patient and if we had any questions he would return our calls promptly. If you are looking for a lawyer that is honest and sticks to his word the Lin Law Office is a place to go.

Never thought I would have the need to use these services. And made a few calls before calling here. The other calls I made were disappointing, I could practically hear the cash register ringing as I spoke with them. When you are in this situation you already feel “processed” and you want to feel that your attorney sees you as a person, not an invoice. I did a little more research online and really like Graham Donath’s credentials, so called his office. From my very first call to Carrie in the office, I felt reassured and well taken care of. She is empathetic, professional, and super responsive and excellent with follow through. When Mr. Donath called me for my initial consult, (outside of office hours, which I really appreciated) I felt exactly the same way. He immedialy impressed me as very skillful and knowledgable. When we went to the hearing, he was able to resolve my case quickly, the outcome was the best possible one. Having called around before deciding on him, I also found his rate to be reasonable. For the level of professionalism, service, and knowledge, as well as a successful outcome, this was money well spent and peace of mind restored.

I feel so fortunate that i found Graham Donath. He took on my son's case. My son is not a criminal but he got caught up in the criminal system due to several probation violations and pretty serious domestic charges. He was very clear and told me what we were up against and what was possible. He gave me a package price that I could understand and could commit to. He achieved every thing that he said was possible.
