Most people have a negative conception about lawyers. It's a social/cultural thing. Sort of like the way we watch the news and proceed to lay down blanket judgements about cops...until the day you need them. Then all your misconceptions go out the window and you hope to God you get one of the good guys. Well Ty is just that; he's one of the good ones. Ty helped me get through one of the most difficult times of my life. Besides the run of the mill legal counsel and advice I was entitled to, Ty also took care to reassure me that "it's not the end of the world". He really did his best to help me come out of my ordeal with as little damage as possible. Although I really, really hope I never have to hire Ty again (he specializes in criminal law), at least I know I have a reliable attorney to go to if I ever need one again. Thanks Ty

The courts were offering me a total of four years in prison and after hiring Ty, my sentence was reduced to 180 days of house arrest with a private non-monitored company which did not report to probation. It was great because I was able to keep my job and stay out of jail. I will be using Ty AGAIN in about five more months once I am done with probation so I can expunge all this nightmare and put it all behind me. 2 months ago I was charged for domestic violence not for a mistaminor but for a felony! I was scared because I didn't do anything to my girlfriend but leave the situation because we were having a heated argument. I had several mail come in after I was arrested. I was most comfortable with his correspondence and chose to go with him. He is extremely helpful via phone and emails and always returned them right away. I never met him until one of my court appearances. I would not even have to attend but he needed my paper work signed by a notary. He handled everything and was able to get charges down and community service. I have even passed out his business cards to some of my colleagues, I feel extremely confident with him and highly recommend him.
