Ms. Seanz did an excellent job in representing my daughter. Everything goes a lot smoother when you know all the court protocols as she did, unlike other opposing lawyers did not. This can make the court run more efficient and keeps the judge happy. Very professional yet compassionate lady. Like I said before you will prevail. Good job !

Saenz She was everything I expected and more from a attorney since day one. I made an appointment and after reviewing my case she excepted the challenge to represent me. Having little hope I allowed her to take the wheel. Never would I of imagined, once again I would have the opportunity to be able to provide the stability our children needed. I was always treated with respect and although I was nervous when entering the court room she always made me feel comfortable. She became the guardian angel our children needed along this journey. Ms Saenz is a fearless lawyer! She will fight hard for you in court. I'm very thankful she took my case. Seeing her in action in the court room was AMAZING!! She is a strong fighter that will not back down from helping you in the court room.

In regards to custody: This lawyer is beyond unprofessional. She is incapable of giving a straight legal answer to a straight legal question. She projects her personal feelings into legal matters and this can result in a court decision that is not in the best interest of your children. By simply providing a timeline of the non custodial parents abandonment, absence and his relationship (in this case, no relationship) with the children; Ms Saenz assumes you "hate the ex more than loving your children" by providing such timeline and history. And she says you are "being nasty" by doing so when ZERO bashing was given; only a simple timeline explaining how the children do not know the father due to his absence. She assumes you already understand the law and says she "doesn't understand" why you don't know this question. She is blatantly rude and sarcastic. I do not know HOW she got a license in law, but I would rear HUGE caution with Ms. Saenz if your thinking about having her represent you in court. Her unprofessionalism can hurt your family in court.

to have someone actually listen and ready to take action is rare. this firm definitely has my trust🙏

To Whom it may concern: When looking for an attorney, or any type of specialist for that matter, I generally look for someone who has a strong character. Someone, in my opinion, who has a good moral and ethical compass. Someone whos very efficient in what they do, who won't look down on you, or tell you something is impossible. I look for someone who's well rounded and most of all, humble. Shortly after being referred to this Attorney from another great Attorney, I had the opportunity to work with counsel on defending my rights as a father; Best decision I've ever made. With her impeccable regard for the law. I only hope that if I ever need a new attorney, that they will be just as amazing, and hard working as Ms. Saenz Law firm and her amazing legal team. Often times it's overlooked just much work and dedication it takes for a team to be great in what they do, and I'd refer this legal team to any of my friends, family, or collogues. So many people have asked me "who was your attorney for your case?" Why? Because she flipped over a loss of custody/permanent RO to full custody in my favor and a cherry on top- a STEP PARENT adoption where my husband was allowed to adopt my son and my ex was "encouraged" to cooperate. I would liken walking into court with Dawn by my side like walking on the street with my Doberman. No one messes with me and I feel SAFE. Dawn has a big bark and an even meaner bite. She may intimidate you. That's okay. Imagine what she does to opposing counsel? I for one would hate to have gone up against her in my case and I'm so glad I found her before my ex did or I for sure would never see my son again like he ended up doing. As they say cheap attorneys aren't good and good attorneys aren't cheap. You'll see why you hired her when the "on air" sign is lit up in court and it's almost glorious to watch this professional run the show. Literally I wish I had her calendar just so I could for once enjoy watching her in command to the fullest during a case when my life wasn't on the line. She takes NO prisoners whatsoever. To the 5th finger of God, the fiercest pitbull I know, saved in my phone as "Her Majesty Dawn Saenz" (since I've shared her number so many times people always ask about that background story) you saved my life. You saved my son's life and I am not in any way joking on this. You'll always have a special place in our hearts and honestly hope I never have to use you again lol but cheerfully refer you when people need a hero♡♡♡
